Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 268Great Location
We chose this hotel because it is right across the street from Quicken Loans Arena where we were attending the Springsteen concert. Also many great restaurants within walking distance. Valet parking made it even more convenient. The room was quiet and very comfortable. All in all, a great experience.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 268Disappointing
This was out second stay at the Radisson, which is convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants, and good value for money, and has comfortable beds. We were sorely disappointed, though. On the minor side, the shaving mirror in the bathroom wasn't working, and the TV in the fitness center had a terrible picture. More importantly, the first night we were awakened at 2:00 a.m. to noisy neighbors yelling in the hallway and pounding on doors. When we got back to our room at 5:00 the second afternoon, it still hadn't been cleaned. The front desk was snippy when I complained. I don't think we'll be back for a third stay.

We went to the Cleveland Game and the hotel was right across the street. Local bars right around the corner.

in town for KISS concert at the q arena right across the street, so the location was perfect. hotel was great room right above the front door and people yelling outside all night, not the hotel's fault I guess downtown cleveland is no place for a rural ND boy

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 268DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The gentleman (and I use that term sarcastically) informed us that the TV remote did not work. I said, 'Oh, that's not good' laughingly. I expected him to change our room or offer some sort of solution. His response - 'I said the remote doesn't work, but your TV does. You can STILL watch TV!' He acted as though I should have been thrilled that at least the TV worked. And, who doesn't want to travel over 5 hrs and get to their room so they can get up to channels and volume manually?! Then, we went to our room I had a question about a service that should have been included, but wasn't, and he was so rude I ended up yelling at him. I was so tired and sick of his attitude. So, with his hateful and rude behavior and the fact that the Sleep Number bed didn't work I would RUN away from this place.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 268Room Service was still frozen
Room service brought a club sandwich that was still frozen and really gave me a hard time when I didn't want another or pay for the frozen one. Front desk staff wasn't very happy about providing walking instructions either. I had to beg the valet to park my car!

Great location for Cleveland Indians games and the basketball team too. Many bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance. Parking is a joke. Front desk is semi-unfriendly. The valet parking team was outstanding, however.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 268great location
This hotel was in a great location, walking distance to pretty much everywhere. The hotel was clean and the the employees were very helpful. We did not have to wait to get a cab. Other than a rowdy group of young guys drunk and stumbling in the middle of the night outside our door (i called security and they came up immediately), I would recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 268Great room for the money
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. We especially enjoyed the sleep number beds. We were seeing a concert that night at the "Q" so the location couldn't have been better. We would definitely stay at the Radisson again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a nice room in Cleveland.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 268Super-humid, no fan in bathroom
The place was 3 star except it was ridiculous to have no fan in the bathroom considering the humidity in Cleveland. We had to leave the door open to the hallway to air out our room after taking a shower. The ironing board was also a stained piece of crap too. If you can get past those two things the location is great and you can walk to some great restaurants on west 9th and tower city, but I would probably stay somewhere else unless you get a killer deal.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 268Got a good price, but Sleep Number beds are terrible
I had to go to Cleveland for a friend's wedding. I booked a couple of months ahead of time on Hotels.com and got a great rate for the weekend, which I was very happy about. The hotel location is "downtown", but there is not much around other than a little block of bars/restaurants on 4th St. nearby. Our room was relatively clean other than a bunch of mosquitoes that were smashed into the ceiling in one area. We complained to the front desk. They offered switching our room, but we'd already unpacked. They said they'd send someone up to clean the ceiling, but that never happened. Lastly, the Sleep Number beds were awful! Not particularly the Radisson's fault - I've stayed in other hotel chains with the same bed and they've always been extremely uncomfortable. No matter what setting you use for your bed, it generally feels like you're sleeping on a futon. I didn't get any sleep the entire weekend. I will never stay at a hotel with Sleep Number beds again!
