Good for the money.

The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are large. We got a room with a 'Sleep Number' bed, but it didn't work. Luckily it was preset at a firmness that was just about perfect for me. The blanket on the bed, a thick down comforter, was very cozy, but possibly too warm, with no other option but a sheet which was not warm enough. Overall it was worth the money though.

Just Right

Clean, quiet, comfortable...what else could you ask for on an overnight business trip?

Outstanding Hotel

Great room for the money, very convenient location for travel.

Beds, sweet beds...

I chose this hotel because they have Sleep Comfort beds...the linens were wonderfully soft...the pillows and duvet were down filled earth bound clouds - safe to say i got a good night's sleep. My husband and son made good use of the pool. To our delight the Housekeeping staff made a special effort for my son by making up the chaise lounge in our room for his bed. The less than great- the front desk staff- we needed some help with directions to a riding stable but no one at the desk seemed the least familiar with their own neighborhood (the stable website tells you not to google/yahoo map its location because you will be misdirected-i knew you were asking...)2nd I needed to print our boarding passes and I was told it was possible to print them "..over in the business center." with a brief wave in a general direction, yet when I had to return to the desk for further info no one offered to accompany me back to the business center to help me, I was told "oh, well you just..." so the service could use a little polish, but overall worth the cost.

Great room for the money

We enjoyed our stay so much, we stayed another night! The hotel has great amenities and the staff was great.

Nice Hotel

Comfortable Hotel nice room people at check in and out very nice and helpful. Only thing hotel sits on blind corner.

Good overall, but

The hotel was good overall with a couple of things that need improvement: 1. the climate control in the room was either too hot, or the airconditioning would come on with a loud fan for a few minutes to cool the room, so time with the ideal temperature was brief. The system needs adjustment. 2. view of airconditioning equipement out the room window was not inspiring. 3. the buffet breakfast hot items were not warm enough. Other than the above, the hotel was fine and was good value for the price.

Very impressed with the Hotel

We got a great deal for a room at the Radisson and we ended up getting a room that exceeded all our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the restroom was that of a suite! The restroom had a walk-in shower, large bathtub, and very clean. The only thing they can improve on is the television channel selection, but now I am just being picky. Thanks for a great stay.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke

While I requested a non-smoking room and I'm sure it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I know people are thoughtless and smoke in a room designed to be smoke free. However for myself, I had to put up with the smell even thought it was evident the room was deodorized. I could have very well asked for another room but I was exhausted when I checked in and I was on the 3 rd floor. I don't feel it's right for the hotel to charge full rate if it's a room that someone has smoked in. A warning should be given. A non-smoked as myself can always detect a room where someone has smoked.
