Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 11An outstanding hotel but not the best location
This is a really nice hotel that appears to be virtually new. The room was quite large by London standards and very well appointed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only drawback was the location. Rather than being close to an underground station it is close to a DLR station which connects to the underground. This results in it taking a little time and being a little inconvenent to get into Central London.

Great hotel, excellent room, and helpful staff. Especially Harry. Right on the Thames, across from the O2. No smoking rooms. Bad for smokers, great for non-smokers. Not real convenient for the tourist in london, but great access to Canary Wharf and the financial district. Just a short tube or bus ride to the center of the city though.

Outstanding hotel. Excellent bathroom and huge comfortable bed. Only complaint is that it is in the middle of nowhere. They do have a DLR station nearby and a free shuttle to Canary Wharf where there is shopping and chain restaurants. They also will get a cab for you no problem.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 11Nice Hotel - Costly Meals - Far away f rom everything toruisty
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There is internet in the room or guests can use the business center computers for free. The staff is very helpful. The problem is the location. It's far away from the attractions, but would be great for business travelers. The only other fault is the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is pricey, $32.00 U.S. per person. Since the hotel is so far away from everything, dining there is a must. We really felt like they took advantage of us regarding food service.

Very nice hotel with good service...it is located away from the city center but it is very close to a station to get straight into central london.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 11Radisson Providence Wharf
This is a beautiful new hotel in the middle of nowhere. When a London taxi driver isn't aware of the address you know it is remote. Great for anyone doing business in the Canary Wharf area; but not a good pick if you need to go into central London. It is a good 500 meter walk to the DLR and a 10-12 minute ride to connect to the Underground at Tower Gateway. Dining options near the hotel are limited and breakfast is 16.50 (BPS). Rooms were very clean and modern but there is limited storage space
