Water Park of America

I thought that I would be receiving some free water park passes or at least more of a discount, but nothing was included. You would think that if we are paying this much money to stay at the hotel we would get more of a deal then what you can get if your tickets are purchased online.

Nice place with a couple minor suggestions for improvement

The staff and facility were very nice at this hotel. A couple of things surprised me, however. First, they do not offer access to the internet - I think the have wifi which works great for those who have a lap top, but not so much for those of us without one. The exercise room is nice, but many, if not most of the cardio machines need to be repaired. That was disappointing. The water park was only open Thursday - Sunday. If you don't go into the water park (which charges separate admission) there is no pool or hot tub for hotel guests to use. Other than these disappointing surprises, the hotel is top notch.

" Nice Hotel"

We liked are room and it was very clean, but the prices at the restaurant and the store in the hotel were really high priced. Our bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in, but we asked for a second bed for our kids and got bunk beds with out them telling us. Other then that we really were satisfied.

Great family place

Had no idea about the indoor waterpark,,,what a great place for families with little ones,,,cute cubbies in every room with bunk beds!!

Outstanding Hotel and Outstanding room for the money!!

The hotel was beautiful, spacious rooms, and everything there that I needed. The personnel were warm and friendly, always willing to help. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant - breakfast buffet - and it was way beyond my expectations! The food was wonderful! I used the shuttle service to both the Mall of America and to the airport. The shuttle driver was very nice and helpful also. I plan to return to Minneapolis is a couple months, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!!

Very Accommodating!

The check in was very fast and pleasant. I will make it a point to stay at this motel again. Breakfast Buffet was very good, with a nice variety and the lounge was a little high in price, but bartenters and cocktail waitresses were very nice to talk with.

Great Hotel....Could use more reception staff.

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson before an early flight out of MSP. We arrived about 9:30 pm. The lobby, hotel, and grounds were beautifully built and maintained. The only suggestion I could make is that we waited for 10-15 minutes with our luggage in line to be checked into our room. There was only one staff to assist the line of several guest. Not typical of a Radisson hotel. I would stay again, everything else was stellar!

Excellent Hotel

Conveniently located near both the airport and the Mall of America. Spacious and open common areas, clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent (I had lunch only, but it was good!) Even with the water park attached, it was quiet in the room. The only complaint I have is that the lighting in the room was a bit on the dim side. It was a challenge to do my makeup.

Not responsive

The TV in our room didn't work. Front desk had no clue about what to do. I finally suggested they send a maintenance guy which they did. He was congenial and tried his best but couldn't effect a repair until the next day. I don't like the layout of the room. For what they charge the sink/mirror etc shouldn't be in the sleeping area. I had an early appointment and by the time I got ready I had woke up my wife. Not Fun!

Raddisson - Mall of America

Great hotel! Normally, I stay here for business. The staff is friendly, there is good food, and the location is great. This trip I stayed on a weekend. There is a waterpark attached to the hotel. There were happy kids running up and down the halls. I would consider comming back on a weekend with my family sometime. Great business hotel during the week. Great family hotel on the weekend.
