    We stayed in the Bonaire tower. The only complaint were the rooms were small and one of the ceiling tiles in the bathroom fell down, almost on my husband's head. Maintenance and housekeeping quickly came up and cleaned the mess and fixed the tile in a timely manner. The grounds and the pools were wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.

Location. Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa lazes along Aruba's Palm Beach, esteemed for its soft sands, turquoise sea and enticing ocean-inspired activities. Oranjestad shops, restaurants and nightlife, located five kilometers from the resort, attract visitors worldwide. The entrance to Arikok National Park is positioned 18 kilometers from the hotel.

Hotel Features. This five-and-one-half hectare resort embraces Aruba's trade winds with cushioned, open-air seating arrayed on polished fieldstone floors. Buildings are separated by expansive tropical gardens, waterfalls and freshwater fish ponds. Two restaurants and two bars provide elegant, sunlit settings or weathered, open-air ambience. Menus range from haute cuisine to American-style buffets. The resort's 24-hour, self-serve business center provides Internet-access computers and laptop connections. A wide stretch of sand separates two expansive, free-form, zero-entry pools, one that accommodates active guests, and the other that caters to relaxation. The resort's water-sports center offers scuba-diving lessons and excursions. An air-conditioned health-and-fitness club offers exquisite spa services and use of exercise equipment. Complimentary aerobics and water aerobics classes are offered daily. The 1,486 meter casino features a starlit blue ceiling that periodically displays "shooting stars" while guests try their luck at casino games. For young travelers, a children's club offers game rooms and supervised day and evening activities.

Guestrooms. The Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa offers 354 guestrooms and suites in three towers of four, six and eight stories. Tropical furnishings include mahogany-and-wicker beds, armoires, and chairs with pull-out footstools. Bed posts are elaborately carved. All accommodations include marble entryways, carpeted floors, balconies with teak chairs and cocktail tables, and louvered wood doors that afford privacy.

Expert Tip. This Aruba resort's parrots and macaws are removed from their cages and can perch on guests' shoulders for photo opportunities.
