Outstanding Hotel

We were so pleased with Acqua Hotel. The staff was estremely helpful. We ended up extending our stay. We felt very much at home. The location was beauitful, right on the ocean. The cleanliness of the room was the best of any hotel I have ever been in. The hotel is about 35 minutes from Valparisso, but Con Con has a lot of restaurants,etc.

An enclave of peace and quietness

An impressive location, built on a rock promontory by the sea side. All rooms and common spaces have panoramic Ocean views. Beautiful spa and hot sea-water swimming pools. Superb arquitecture. At short car distance from some of the most renowned coastal tourist resorts in Chile (Viña del Mar, Valparaiso...). Caveat: Children under 15 care not allowed to use indor swimming facilities.

Beautiful Hotel - Terrific Setting & Views

Beautiful, immaculate hotel in a stunning setting overlooking the Pacific with waves crashing below. Bed & windows faced West with views of water & sunset. However, there is no air conditioning so the room was very hot in the afternoon sun, whether or not the drapes were open or closed. Very friendly staff. The spa had a wonderful "menu" of services which we were unable to take advantage of since we were not allowed to check in early. We arrived about 11 a.m., but could not check in until after 2 p.m., eventhough the hotel was empty. After a long flight from the US & drive to the coast, it would have been wonderful to have a massage & then relax. Since the restaurant was not open until 2 p.m., we went elsewhere for lunch. By that time we were exhaused & after checking in, napped (in the heat) for the rest of the afternoon.
