Residence La Cour du Moulin is comprised of three small three-story buildings built into the hillside, situated roughly 1.5 kilometers from the resort center, shops and beach, and only 500 meters from the Beuzeval golf course. Guests will enjoy an outdoor heated pool during the summer months, two tennis courts and complimentary parking. Pets are allowed for a fee of 16 Euros per pet, per week.

Each apartment offers guests a comfortable and affordable holiday. These one-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to four or six persons with a living area with double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and some units also have an alcove with two single beds or bunkbeds. A kitchenette with mini-oven, bath or shower room, and furnished balcony or small garden are also featured in each unit.

The following fees apply to residence guests:

  • A city tax may be applicable; this charge is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
  • Between 25th August and the 23rd June, guests will be charged weekly for their water and electricity use.
  • A weekly charge for sanitation services is applicable.
  • Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.
  • A pet fee per animal per week is charged locally (a maximum of two per residence).
