Very nice place. We really enjoyed this hotel and would stay again. Nice pool and jacuzzi, nice bar and restaurant, flat screen tv. Only complaints: no balcony, housekeeping could have been better, when people finished their room service food they would set the tray in the hallway and those trays would sit there for 24 hrs.

Pros: Price, free breakfast buffet when we booked, complimentary drinks, in-room fridge, hot tub, convenient to two shopping areas, free airport shuttle service, and a very friendly, responsive staff. Cons: Location next to a strip club, Thee Dollhouse, carpet was not in the best shape, and room was a bit small - two double beds, desk, dresser, one-sink and one mirror outside bath.

We were treated well by all the staff, the room was top notch, the food and bar were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located, in a more "business" area of town. The hotel itself was very nice. The service was good. Even though we were there for only one night, the small time we communicated with the staff they were polite. The room itself was nice, the only thing was the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, not to bad though. The pillows are a little to thick, tough to get comfortable, thought I would wake up a with a pain in my neck, but didnt :) Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very convienient. I work in the office next to the hotel and had a 7am flight the next morning. Hotel shuttle took me in the morning and picked me up when I got back and I got to leave my car in the parking garage all weekend for free. Thank you Quorum

The Quorum Hotel Tampa was an exceptionally beautiful hotel with rooms that were tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials from Bath & Body. BUT the card on the check-in counter says they offer "a complimentary shuttle service" it DOES say "when available", no place on the card does it say that they will CHARGE you $25.00 to take you to the port ( when they were already going to the port for another family that had that service included in their air/cruise package ). So, they charged my husband and I $25 AND another couple $25 and the family of 4 didn't pay because "FREE shuttle service was included in their package". The driver (Kevin) who took us was awesome! I forgot my camera at the hotel (in our car) and he took me back to the hotel to get it and then back to the port. When we returned from our cruise they told us to call and they would come and get us (they DID NOT tell us they would charge us again). The next morning when we were checking out, the clerk asked how we would like to pay for our shuttle service! ! ! Just a warning if you plan to stay here before a cruise!

I was impressed with my stay at this hotel. I paid a great rate and was very excited about that. The bed was comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The only issue I had were that I was placed in the wrong room when i arrived and when a rep came up to switch my keys, he simply walked away instead of offering to walk my bag to the room or even hold the elevator for me. The front desk clerk that I called from the airport also kept hanging up on me before I had the chance to even complete my last sentence. They also seemed irritated when I'd call to ask a simple question.
