    This hotel has a fabulous atmosphere and staff. My room was spacious with a great view of the patio, and this was a regular room! The housekeepers were very friendly and readily accomdated my requests for help with toiletries and dry cleaning at odd hours. Their doormen were great resources for suggestions on where to go shopping, for a meal, etc. Its location was ideal for visiting the downtown, Minerva, and Zapopan districts. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Guadalajara.

    The Quinta Real Guadalajara certainly lags behind it´s sister hotels like the one in Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, and Monterey. (All of which I´ve previously stayed). Unlike the aforementioned sister Quinta Real´s, Guadalajara´s Quinta Real fails in providing guests with a sense of ´tranquil seclusion´ in the middle of a metropolis. Furthermore, Guadalajara´s Quinta Real lacked certain ´splendor´and even that magical touch of elegance, which characterize most other Quinta Real´s. Overall, nice OR OKAY, if your looking for an average "expensive" hotel, BUT, be prepared to be disappointed if you´ve already visited other Quinta Real´s throughout Mexico.
