Cheap and mediocre but Satisfactory

The beds are uncomfortable but its the cheapest place that's not a complete dump.

Good room for the money

Hotel staff was very friendly, moved us after the first room smelled like mildew. The second room was better. For the cost not a bad value. Ten minutes from the falls.

Fits the bill for a short stay

If you're looking for a place to crash at while visiting Niagara falls, this place is a good fit. The falls is only about 10 minutes drive from the hotel and there are ample places to eat near the hotel. The hotel itself felt a little bit dated, but was convenient enough for a short stay.

Great hotel!

I would definately stay here again. Very nice, clean and comfortable.

good price, not as close to the Falls as the name implies

this hotel is maybe ten minutes by car to Niagara Falls NY; otherwise, it is a standard economy hotel. No frills, lobby coffee only, but not too costly, you get what you pay for. Close to other bargain hotels, also close to huge grocery store and anything one would need.

3rd time's a charm, sort of

The first room they assigned to us at check-in had not been cleaned, the second room had someone else's stuff in it. The third room, an "upgrade" because we were going to leave, had been nominally cleaned, except the in-room coffee pot which needed to be washed. The iron shaped hole in the carpet could be ignored because most of the crumbs had been vacuumed. The place needs a better trained cleaning staff. The lobby is a hulk of a vacant room with a chair and a loveseat and a lamp. Lots of potential but no thought of guest comfort.

Nice hotel with reasonable price

I paid $100 less for staying 10 minutes away from the Niagara Falls. It is a good deal.

room had musty odor, like room had been wet, there was d-huminifer in hall way, just very dirty and smelly hall and room , very dim lighting

Guest receiving receptionist was bit arrogant. She was having some rude convesation with senior citizens. When I was requesting for ground floor, without checking anything and no courtesy.sorry...said NO..And there is no refrigerator in room. Toilet was not clean.

Good Hotel great location

This was the second stay in the hotel and we like it very much. Rooms are clean and lot of parking available. Just 4 miles from Niagara Falls and lots of eating options around. The staff at the front desk however was not very friendly. But good value for money. Would stay again.
