You Truly Get What You Pay For...

It was ok, but it wasn't what we expected at all. The pictures made it look very appealing and beautiful to the eyes. Once we got settled we were ok with it, because we had paid for it. The greatest thing about this hotel was the breakfast it was GREAT. I must say that overall I would grade it a C+.

Great room for the money

For the price that we paid, we got an excellent deal. The hotel staffs were friendly (even though there were times when they did not answer the phone), the AC was working very well in the scorching heat, the hot breakfast was far better than I expected, the location was very convenient, and they even have 2 public computers for use ... even though the quality was not very good.

Good room for the money

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, room service was good. Right off the freeway, close to our training location.

Great for the money

It was easy to get to coming of off HWY 75. It isn't glamourous, but it is comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was outstanding. Overall, this was well worth the price.

great front, desk awsome location, great room for the price would love to stay here again

Front desk was very friendly and polite. My room was easy to find and was very clean. I was very pleased with the location and for the price I paid I could not have been happier. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Dallas.

Outstanding Hotel

My hotel experience here was great! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and very clean. I slept comfortably.You will be pleasantly surprised by the outstanding quality of this hotel! Don't let the price or the stars fool you, there's no catch. It's a great place to stay! Like a home away from home! and ya try their hotbreckfast in morning its delicious, they have everything is fresh.

Poor Quality/Service

1st room, dead bolt not working. 2nd room had beds made but someone had slept in the bed and sheets not changed, trash on floor. Requested change of room/upgrade. No upgraded rooms were clean so sent to another room. Carpets were nasty. Bedspreads wore out and wrinkled. Bed itself was comfortable, but not worth the price of the room. Lights on outside of hotel were not turned on after dark. Had to park around the back of the building to get to room. Manager not on duty and did not return phone call.
