Great room for the money

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Very close to Unmiversal Orlando theme parks.

Not Bad for the Price - Great Location

Location is close to Universal, Wet 'n Wild, and there are many low-cost souvenir shops and restaurants on the strip where the hotel is located. The hotel is a little old and worn but our room was comfortable, climate control worked fine. Our room was poolside and not really very noisy, so overall it was OK. If you're trying to save money, this is an acceptable option.

Great room for the money

The room was clean and nice when I got in. I have no complaints about anything of this hotel. I will say the king beds are extremely comfortable.

Old hotel, need to improve,,, espcially the walkway of each floor

rate is reasonalble for its location... However, overall of the hotel is under average... Side walk on each floor is very uncomfortable when I have to bypass other visitors who are seating on the outside of their rooms and smoke

Great place to stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very well taken care of. The mini mart was very clean and had great prices. Both pools were clean and they even had floats for you to use. I would stay there over and over again. Plenty of attractions and resturants within walking distance.

housekeeping dept. needs to get the necessary things called for by patrons a lot quicker.

Not the best bet

Reception - employee at desk didn't even greet us! Never even looked us in the eye! Seemed unhappy to be there. I smiled, said 'checking in' - he said "Got a photo ID?" as if I was some unsavory suspect instead of a customer!! Room had a "king" bed that was really 2 doubles pushed together, with the leg broken on one in the "middle" of the "king" bed. It was a dangerous undertaking to try and sit in the "middle" of the bed! Pool wasn't the cleanest - I had to shower afterwards, my skin had some kind of 'scum' on it (gross). Pool towers were stiff and smelled funny. Considering they do not offer a free continental breakfast, for the money I would NOT stay here again.

What a dumb!

Filthy shower tub with greasy dark stains. Noisy place and overcrowded.

Very convenient and SAFE for the price!

Easy access in and out. Close to everywhere you want to go. Security guards at entrances (I LOVE THAT). Rooms were clean and adequate, Very good value.
