Good room for the price

The only problem was there was no air conditioning in the lobby and this was a mid-90s day in Florida. Very hot. Our room was great for the price we paid.

My boyfriend and I stayed on Saturday night and he didn't sleep a wink. The king sized mattress was too soft, lumpy and not very comfortable. The shower, while clean, was stained with black marks as was the sink outside the bathroom. The room was clean, but the musty smell was the first thing I noticed. The clerk who checked us in was nice, but was unable to answer any of our questioned. Many previous posters said that for the money, it was an okay room, but I think I would rather pay a little more per night at stay at one of the hotels that flanked the Quality Inn, which offer better customer service, cleaner rooms and better breakfast buffets. Finding a good location to the parks is not too hard. Keep looking.

Great staff...

The people at the hotel were incredible helpful. We had a great time due to the staff...they were very accomodating and the location was great. You can walk to the parks, but we were always so tired that we took taxis.

Out of Blankets?

Ok so In my day I spent many nights in hotels, but never, have I ever been told that a hotel was "OUT" of blankets! Being that we had 5 people in the room we really needed the 1 xtra blanket,but apon check-in we were informed they were out.How the heck does a hotel run out of blankets? And not to mention that when we arrived to check-in at 2am, we were informed that our credit card was declined and they were just about to cancel our resevation, apon trying the card number again it went through, and we were told that sometimes the computer "JUST DOES THAT". Im sorry but at 2am that is the last thing anyone wants to deal with, needless to say we did not get to bed until 3a!Sorry but I have to give this hotel a big THUMBS DOWN!(the early morning staff was very friendly though, and breakfast was good)But not enough to have me stay here again!!!!!!

it sucked...lady at front was a moron who didnt know what I meant when I asked for a map of the hotel, no breakfast in lobby as advertised, and charged me for towels I didnt take once I arrived home---you get what you pay for!!!

Decent Standard

The service left more than a little to be desired. The first night when calling to ask for directions I was put on hold and not returned to, so I was lost in Orlando. The second day it took the clerk ten minutes to make change for a $20 bill when she had no other guests. The breakfast was fine, but it was cleared out an hour earlier than advertised every morning. There was an odd smell in the hallways, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

Great buy

Free breakfast was passable at best, but the room was as expected, and quiet during September '08. Everything was cleaned daily, and no stink was raised when we bled onto the sheets! (It hadn't been a good day.) Highly recommended, don't be put down by the price.

Wonderful Hotel

It was very convenient, very neat and clean, and had a great breakfast in the morning. Great room for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

Good for the price

The hotel was very clean and nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the resort fee of 2.50 a day. When ask what this covered they told me the breakfast, local calls, in room safe, daily news paper,shuttle to attractions. The shuttle was advertised in there hotel as complimentary shuttle and complimentary breakfast. I also don't use hotel phones, news papers or in room safes so why should I pay for it.
