Hotel is very good for the money. Person at the counter when I first checked in was not to freindly. A bit to robotic and cold. This hotel should have more freindly and amicable people greeting there guest.They have to be trained to make the guest feel welcomed.They have to learn that they need us and not the other way around! There is a lot of competition out there,so try to earn our business.

Rooms clean and hotel has been remodeled recently. Only problem if you are on the second floor they have no elevator and after 6 trips up and down with suitecases it gets old.

If you are looking for a hotel with a great rate that is clean, this is your hotel. Bed was comfortable. Just a standard hotel room. Glad I am not a huge breakfast person because I would of been disappointed.

Needed a place to stay for one night because we arrived early for our Disney vacation. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was a bit grumpy - we had a couple questions about the area and he seemed put out. I will state again that the accommodates were more than I expected and I am a bit picky. I would recommend this hotel.

the hotel was reasonable, clean, and convienant. the breakfast was awesome, the pool was beautiful. iy was obviously an older hotel and some rooms were remodeled and upgraded whileothers werent. the lack of elevator and carrying bags up one flight was not ideal but overall value was there and would stay aagain if needs arose.

Good hotel, I would recommend it if you don't want to waste a lot of money on fancy and expensive hotels. No complains about the service. Breakfast was very good, a lot things to choose from.

The hotel was very clean and organized. The person at the counter was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was ok. I got there about 45 minutes before the buffet closed and there was very little doughnuts and/or cereal. The swimming pool looked inviting. The location was close to some of the bright spots on the north side of Orlando. Just a few blocks down from the Florida Mall. Hard to get into drive if needing to turn left to get into Hotel driveway.
