Hard to Locate.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. One mile location to the airport was very convenient, and there are gas staions right near the hotel with prices $1 or more lower than rental cars companies will charge to refill the tank upon return. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for convenience and value, but it is located on a one-way ramp, making it just a bit tricky to find.

Dirtiest Room Ever Seen

Needs alot of work. It was dirty. From the carpet to the tub to the toilet, everything.

Good service, OK hotel, nasty room

My problem with this hotel was the carpeting in the room. It must have been shampooed earlier in the day and it smelled very bad, very mildewy, when I went in. Unfortunately I was exhausted from arriving at 1:30 AM and did not have the energy to change rooms. I was only there for 4 hours.

front desk personnel needs improvement

the 1st room we were given did not lock we called front desk they said they would send someone right up 20 minutes later no one came so we went back down to desk and were given another room we had rented two rooms and asked for a 4:30 am wake up call as we needed to catch the 5 am shuttle to the airport. we got a wake up call at 2:30 am. we fell back asleep and the other room occupant had the front desk call us at 4:57 when we didn't show up for the shuttle. the shuttle waited 5 minutes for us, although he really did not want to, imagine having 8 minutes to get dressed and packed! when we came back from our trip, we went to talk to the manager who seemed sympathetic and offered us a refund. this has to be coordinated with hotels.com and quality inn airport. we are waiting to hear now.

very bad service

The entry cards were not working. I had to drag my luggage and go back and forth between different rooms and the lobby. It cost me about 20 minutes to finally enter my room, which really make me angry because I had to rush to the aiport to return my rental car on time. I know for sure this problem also happened to another girl. The day-time front desk staff was not polite. The evening-shift staff was not professional. One girl was sitting on the lap of the front desk guy while I walking into the lobby to check in. I used their shuttle service for four times. It delayed twice( I am talking about 20-30 minutes delay, which is not acceptable). I won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great Serves

Hotel could use a little more cleaning. Drivers were very nice pick us up at the airport and also drove us to dinner and pick us up on time.....at no charge

good hotel for the money....

Hotel offers everything you need!! Transportation to where-ever you need to go, a pool, a small lounge and a clean room at a reasonable rate. A ride to the airport with a free coffee and muffin, who wouldn't want to stay here for the money!

Don't go to this hotel!

I arrived late at night desperate for sleep. First, I was given a key that let me into a room where someone was staying. After 1/2 hr waiting for the hotel personnel to correct the situation, I was given access to a room that had not been cleaned. I was sick and physically unable to wait (it was now 1:30 am) for another potential disaster. The hotel shuttle driver was very helpful and seeing I was sick actually cleaned the room. At checkout I told the manager I did not plan to pay for my stay. He tried to argue with me. At that point, I got in the shuttle, knowing a call to American Express will take care of the charge. This is my first hotel stay in a very long time that was so unsatisfactory. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for several reasons: 1. management rude 2. room dirty 3. management incompetent

More than I expected.

Compared to the other motel we stayed in this was much nicer. This place didn't smell of mold and beer during spring break. We will definately stay there next time. D.L.

Nightmare at the Quality Inn Airport

The night manager bullied me into going to a different hotel (much inferior and much further away). He was rude and could not communicate well. He muttered something about a leaky roof, but instead of apologizing and arranging comparable arrangements at another CHOICE hotel, he sent me 10 miles further down the road to a horrible no-name joint which smelled like mildew, y but it was after midnight and I had no choice.
