very nice

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding. The pool and jacuzzi were indoor, a little old but a great ammenity. The bar was fun, and the cartender was sweet. My only complaint is that check out was at 11 am and as we were packing our stuff onto the cart to wheel it to the elevator at 11:02 a manager came up and told us we had to leave. I thought this was ridiculous that they wouldn't give the guests a five minute leway. I thought it was rude as it was obvious that we were on our way out this was not necessary.

Good Location not sure on good price

Hotels location is great, unflrtunatley it weas been remodeled and I was awaken early morning by hammers and drills, not very happy about that when you want tp spend a relaxing nite and sleep in, it felt as if we were te only coule on the floor, not sure if that was because of the online reservation with discount or what. THe hallway was a mess yellow tape everywhere and as I said no need for a wake up call becuase the hammering did it for us

Good for the money? Not too sure

Hotel Location is great, it is walking distance to some very good places, unfortunately the room I got was right next to where remodeling was being done so no late nite sleep ins should be planned, not sure if it was that I reserved it online or what but it seemed as if we were the only people staying at the floor, there was drywall debris everywhere and as i said construction started early so we couldnt sleep in. Besides that the location was great although that I feel the price was steep considering the mess they had on the floor

Needs Improvement

This hotel was in an excellent location for a quick walk to the Niagara Falls State Park however, I was not able to park in their parking lot and had to park in a garage several blocks away. I was told that we were in one of their newly renovated rooms and it was not updated at all. There was also chocolate ice cream drippings all over the heating/A.C. unit. I am not sure that the staff cleaned the room but may have just changed the bedding due to the trash not taken out, the bathroom toilet was also very disgusting and old. I was also under the impression that we would receive a free breakfast but it was actually $10.00 a person, I may have just misread. For the price I could have stayed at the beautiful hotel up the street for a few dollars more.

Needs Improvement

Parking is a nightmare at this hotel. There are probably only 30 spots, and then parking is in a garage a block away. There's no extra charge, but it was very inconvenient. Also, we found out that hotel employees had taken parking places for guests, but they were not willing to move their cars for the guests. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Mini Vacation

This hotel met our needs for a 3 day vacation to see the falls. It was very close to everything. The rooms were good and clean for the most part. The breakfast was not worth paying or eating but we found another place for that. There isn't enough parking for all the guest and I just don't understand that. We had to park one night in a public parking garage (which they paid for) but was not the greatest place. I was leary about leaving my car there but had no choice. For the most part the hotel is ok for short stays. Two or three nights at best. I would stay there again if I went back.

Convenient Location, but Parking can be a problem.

This is an average hotel. What is appealing about this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance from Niagara Falls. However, parking can be a problem. Finding a parking at the very limited spots available at the hotel depends on luck. Good Luck ...
