Great experience!

"Herr Stephan", front desk, very personable and helpful to our group. Our five night stay was enhanced because of his attention. Breakfast was very good.

Mediocre experience

We were less than impressed with the quality and service of this property given its rating and cost. Front desk help was short tempered and not very helpful. Restaurant was mediocre at best. Room was small and moderately comfortable, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable to be in during the day. Since you must have your key inserted in the receptacle by the door, you cannot charge electronics while out or open the door to get a breeze. Refused to accept credit card for 20 euro room incidentals.

Certain rooms have great view of mountains. Breakfast good.
