Hotel Staff didn't know what they were doing.

We showed up late to the hotel and needed a shuttle to the airport the next day. One staff member told us we couldn't book a shuttle at all because it was too late. And that we couldn't just book it the next morning. The next morning we asked the same question and were told that the last shuttle that we could have gotten on just left. It was pretty confusing. We ended up paying a ton for a cab.

Bad Stay

The shower didn't drain. I told the front desk and they didn't seem to care about this issue. No apology offered. I would like a refund.
