Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 5Great,but needs improvements
Because the heat in the Dead Sea was over 100 degrees (F) and the water in the each rooms was not potable, the hotel supplied each room with a 1.5 liter bottle of spring water. Each floor had a bottled water cooler which could be used to get a drink or refill the supplied bottle. The dining room each morning and evening had freshly prepared meals, including the fresh bread and fruits. The room card key was needed to open the doors to the lobby. On many occations the neither staff's nor patrons' card keys could opened the lobby doors. Parking was limited. Over flow parking was in a dirt lot at the end of very steep dirt road. In the winter this could pose problems. The complimentary eminities were not replenished in each room each day by housekeeping.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 5Nice Hotel, we had a good time, nice spa
We were traveling around Israel on a budget. We choose to spend a little bit more on this hotel than the cheaper option but still it was not a lot of money. This was the off season. The room was nice, clean and the bathroom was nice. The view was fine over looking the Sea. Breakfast was included and there was a large selection which was good because we don't like a lot of the normal Israeli breakfast items. The spa was very nice. We liked floating in the dead sea heated pool and saunas. There were a lot of seniors when we were there but that was alright. They have tea setup that you can have whenever you want. We appreciated that this hotel is smoke free. There private beach was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay
