    Because the heat in the Dead Sea was over 100 degrees (F) and the water in the each rooms was not potable, the hotel supplied each room with a 1.5 liter bottle of spring water. Each floor had a bottled water cooler which could be used to get a drink or refill the supplied bottle. The dining room each morning and evening had freshly prepared meals, including the fresh bread and fruits. The room card key was needed to open the doors to the lobby. On many occations the neither staff's nor patrons' card keys could opened the lobby doors. Parking was limited. Over flow parking was in a dirt lot at the end of very steep dirt road. In the winter this could pose problems. The complimentary eminities were not replenished in each room each day by housekeeping.

Location. The contemporary, seven-storey Prima Spa Club features a striking, ultra-modern lobby with a peaked roof and is located in Ein Bokek, overlooking the Dead Sea. The Masada mountain fortress is ten kilometres from the hotel and the Ein Gedi Oasis is 15 kilometres away. Ben Gurion Tel Aviv Airport is 150 kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 130 minutes.

Hotel Features. The Prima Spa Club offers a range of therapeutic treatments including Swedish, Indian and deep-tissue massage, shiatsu, personal sulfur baths, and aromatherapy. A range of beauty treatments are also available, including pedicures, manicures and mud wraps. Further health and leisure facilities include fitness equipment and outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Complimentary healthy tea infusions are served throughout the day. Other amenities include laundry and dry-cleaning services, and staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer sightseeing advice and provide room service (limited hours). Parking facilities are complimentary. Children are not allowed.

The contemporary Prima Spa Restaurant serves international kosher dishes, while the coffee shop offers coffee, pastries and snacks.

Guestrooms. The 98 guestrooms over seven floors feature light decor and modern furnishings and offers views over the Dead Sea. All are equipped with satellite television with pay movies, direct-dial phones with voicemail and minibars.

Expert Tip. Take a cable car up to the mountain fortress of Masada for spectacular views.
