Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 10Great Room
Great room for the money. Only missing part was no microwave in the hotel room. No breakfast served, when asked at front desk they said breakfast is provided only in winter.

In the heart of Snowmass Village next to the Mall and upper ski lift,it had fine clean rooms with a small fridge, extensive free breakfast and a clean, neat pool and hot tub. Lots of maintenance and cleaning staff made our stay quite pleasant

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 10Good Bang for the Buck
General Manager highly committed to good service. The rooms are clean and well kept and right in the heart of it all. Very convenient. All the basics are provided. It is an old hotel but well maintained ie. things break but get fixed promptly. Rated 2 stars so that's what we got.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 10Needs maintenance!
On arrival - the room door was not locked. We entered & found 66% the door hinge screws loose or falling out. I screwed them back in, - then the door would shut & lock properly. We found trash under & beside the bed, crackers & wrappers under the couch. The greeting we recieved from staff was strained to say the least. (it seems a little early in the season to be grumpy)

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 10Not that great
I guess it is common for hotels up in the mountains to not have air conditioning however we were there when the temperatures were unusually high. In all the other hotels we stayed, there was at least a fan in the room. There was no fan and we all could not sleep due to the fact that the room was stuffy and HOT (and we are from Florida so we can usually handle hot). We could not open the window because we were right on the road where buses and cars would run. Needless to say we all got very little sleep in a very uncomfortable room and we were there to do a 422 mile bike ride (Ride the Rockies). We also had no clue where to put our keys in the morning since the lobby was closed. We called the emergency number and no one answered...good thing it wasn't a real emergency!
