Located on the left bank of the Dordogne with the river flowing just below, the residence is ideally situated facing the superb historic village of Argentat. This intimate residence is composed of stone façade buildings with natural slate roofs set in the heart of a beautiful garden, with a swimming pool and sun terrace. The residence also features a children's playground, complimentary outdoor parking, and business services. Pets are allowed for a fee of 46 Euros per pet per week (stays of 7 or more nights) or 7 Euros per pet per day (stay less than 7 nights).
Each one and two-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen complete with four hot plates, refrigerator, mini-oven, dishwasher, and coffeemaker, a bathroom with separate WC, telephone and television (fees apply), and a garden terrace or balcony. One-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to five persons and contain a living room with two single sofa beds and one pull out bed and a bedroom with double bed.
