Bordering a lake, in a four-hectare park, the residence with its traditional architecture, consists of nine small buildings composed of apartments and houses. Guests will enjoy a swimming pool, solarium, laundry facilities, complimentary outdoor parking, and access to a fitness facility next door. The residence is also close to a small shopping mall and is a few minutes away from downtown, its restaurants, shops and activities. Pets are allowed for a fee of 46 Euros per pet, per stay for seven nights or more, or 7 Euros per pet, per day for stays of less than seven nights. Each apartment and house features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with four electric hotplates, refrigerator, mini-oven, and dishwasher, a bathroom with separate WC, telephone and television (fees apply), and a terrace or balcony. One-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to four persons and contain a living room with a convertible double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, and one pullout bed, and a bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed. One-bedroom houses can accommodate up to five persons and contain a living room with one single sofa bed and one pullout bed, or one convertible double bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. The two-bedroom houses feature the same as the one bedroom with the addition of a second bedroom with two single beds.
