Oustanding Hotel

Very nice hotel, wonderful location. Rooms were clean and everyone was very nice. We will definately go back there. The pool was BEAUTIFUL.

college kids

This hotel is pretty cheap, but there is a reason for it. The service was fine but there was a hotel being built right next door and it was noisy and it ruined the view from our window. We were dissapointed to find that it was not posted on their website before reservations were made. It made our stay less enjoyable.

PIER 666

The rooms are very small. The valcony is not private. Two rooms have acces to the same terrace so we had to keep our blinds close all the time. The shower was to small and not very clean, the water didn't go down right the way. the pool was dirty and the water cold. It was to late by the time we got there to change our reservation to another hotel so we just stayed out as much as we could to not go back ti this horrible place. ANYONE WHO IS MAKING RESERVATIONS TO GO TO WILWOOD DO NOT FALL FOR THE PICTURES ON THE WEB SITE FOR THIS SPECIFIC HOTEL

Needs improvement

We were there on May 26 27 and then extending a night to the 28th for our minihoneymoon The hotel was warm, but a little too dark It needs a lot of TLC kind of worn down and needs a face lift. Our room was very quaint a 2 room suite w/full kitchen and living space area and nice & clean a definite plus. The location was great geographically, except the fact that they were remodeling hotels on either side of us which was very noisy. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is soooo beautiful and clena and the pool was beautiful. The staff was very nice and always available to speak w/you. I would like to go back again but would hope they would upgrade the hotel specifically; paint & clean windows.....

Needs Improvement

The outside of the hotel was decent but the inside was not at all what we were expecting. The housekeeping was terrible....if they did anything at all. The only good thing about this place was that it was right on the beach. The kiddie pool was not heated as it said it was and the big pool wasn't very clean. For a holiday weekend, the price was overrated for the looks of the room. Not only that but 2 out of the 3 nights we were constantly being awakened by partying kids and/or intoxicated adults at all hours of the evening and considering that our room was near the front lobby - you'd think they would have address that issue quickly. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
