Service and accomodations need improvement

The room is full of amenities - but what good is it if they don't work! There is no air conditioning and while it is No. Lake Tahoe and not that hot, you still need some ventilation. There was a fan, but the plug didn't work. The coffee pot was really nice, but again the plug didn't work. The hair dryer didn't work and had to run out and buy one. When I told them about the issues, the response was, "yea ok. We may be able to fix the plug, but I don't think we can do anything about the hair dryer". Needless to say, they didn't fix the plug either and I was there 3 nights. The bedding is very old and worn out. I didn't expect the Ritz, but I did expect things to work or at least respond to the need. The location is good and where I wanted to be. It is nice having the breakfast there.

Needs help

check in clerk less than friendly. put us in ground floor room in wooden part of hotel. Heard all noises from all the rooms especially directly above. Had to know they had construction or hunter types who got up at zero-dark-early and talked loud and had diesel trucks to start on Sunday Morning. Should have put us in tower away from noise. Breakfast room nice.

Well appointed motel...

They thought of everything in the room. Completely renovated room with extra pillows and blankets, coffee pot with coffee grinder, nice products, desk and updated bathroom with large walkin shower. Staff not overly friendly or informative...but room was nice!
