Nicer room than we expected.

This is a very comfortable hotel with large rooms, comfortable chairs and beds, and a nice continental breakfast. Our room was very clean with modern fixtures. It is a few miles from the sites in Springfield, but they are not difficult to drive to and the hotel provided written driving instructions.

Need Improvement

The value was not there relating to the accomodations, for $4.00 more he could have stayed at the Crown Plaza.

Pleasantly surprised

Took the virtual tour & the room was as depicted. Even with pictures you don't know what you're getting until you get there. Great room for the price. The location is great. There are plenty restaurants nearby and shopping across the street.

Great hotel, great people, great service, clean room; however the room, according to the motel company, was available for less directly from them. The hotel company had problems with their web registering system when we were booking, so we booked elsewhere. We are a tax exempt non-profit and also had to pay tax through this web registery, so this cost us some extra money. The hotel, itself, was great.

nice room, good price

Our room was very nice, clean and well stocked. I always look for the inexpensive hotels and sometimes you get what you pay for, but this one was great for the price. Nothing fancy but clean and neat, thats good enough for me.
