Fantastic location

The hotel sits on top of a metro station. The line is very well connected to any other location in Paris. That itself is the best factor about this hotel. The hotel was nice, no complaints. Rooms were small -- but you already know that -- we felt they were good enough for the price. Nice helpful staff, 24 hrs. Breakfast is not included but who cares about that since the hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bakeries.

Depends what you are looking for

We really enjoyed how close this hotel was to the metro, made for seeing alot of Paris very easy. The neighborhood has a great feel, it was safe, and had everything you need. Do not stay here if you are looking for romance or expect to wake up to views of landmarks, but if you want to be in a quiet neighborhood with all the necessities, and easy access to everything via a quick metro ride, than this hotel is for you.

Rooms are nice

The rooms in this hotel aren't big, and aren't great, but how much time do you expect to stay in a hotel on a vacation? it has a bed, place to put your luggage (though not much), and an elevator. I would suggest not getting the breakfast downstairs (9 euros / person), and just heading to any of 5-6 the boulangeries within a few blocks of this place. The one across the street is very good. Again, temper expectations...this isn't the Ritz, but for the price, was good and relatively convenient.

should be 1-2 stars

Extremely cramped rooms (and I saw two). No drawers or space to open suitcases.Noisy street so can't open windows = hot. Compared to what I have stayed in prior for same price, this was not a good value.
