    I was looking for a cheap hotel to stay in that had WIFI access. When I reported the outage they were not concerned. They seemed to have to wifi connections and they told me to keep trying to until it connects. That is not a solution. There free shuttle to the plaza only runs on weekdays from 8 - 5pm. All the tv channels had static and the ice machine was not working.

    The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little dated, but clean. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable:( It was a good hotel for the price and for a short stay if passing through Santa Fe.
