Trip Type: Romance Review 16 of 155Good Quality for the Price
Overall, the service was good and the room was nice. We liked the down comforters and pillows - much better than the scratchy blankets and such you find in other hotels. The pool was kind of cold because the heater was broken, but the hot tub was nice. The on-site restaurant was pretty good, and we got 10% off of our check for staying at the hotel (not a lot, but still something). My biggest problem, you had to pay to use their wireless internet. Seriously, who does that?! Every hotel should have free wireless. Besides that, good price, good quality, good location.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 19 of 155Not Worth The Price
I booked the room thinking it looked like a nice hotel. However when I got there we ended up with ants in the bathroom, an air conditioner that didn't work, frayed bathrobes, and pillows that were coming apart I know I way over paid for the room. I called and requested a late check out as well and I was told no. I would NEVER stay there again!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 20 of 155Great Family Hotel
We had read reviews that the beds were comfy, they were! We slept great. We enjoyed the pool as a family which, with a 3 yr old many pools are too deep, this pool was not. It was by no means a dinky pool either. The only drawback we found was the selection of pay-per-view movies, the one we wanted was not available, it had been at the motel we stayed at in SLC, but haden't had time to watch. I think it was a great place to stay as a family. If you wanted a romantic hotel this would not be it but for a group, very practical.

Trip Type: Romance Review 25 of 155Great stay
The hotel has been remodeled and was nicer that I had expected for the money. I was worth double the money. The lady at the front desk was really nice when I went to get some drinks from the little shop, and she went to get me a mix in item that was not in the shop. I would very much so recommend this hotel. The location is also great, and the pool is so sweet part indoor and part outdoor.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 26 of 155Outstanding Hotel
Park City Peaks was a really nice facility for us. We were there for a wedding in mid-June. The room was quiet, clean and very convenient. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

Trip Type: Business Review 28 of 155Great hotel at great price
Upon my arrival, the registration desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and clean, and the beds were in great shape--I prefer them harder, but these had a soft bedding to make it nice. The pool was nice, both indoor and outdoor (connected, which let some bugs in). I ate at the upstairs diner, and had a great sandwich. The hotel is close to the "downtown" area, an easy walk or drive. There is a nice lobby area where I read one morning, and also free access to the web on a hotel computer (you pay for it in your room). I really appreciated the hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 29 of 155Poor service.
We arrived at ten o' clock at night and waited forever to check in while the desk clrk dealt with personal matters. When she finally got to me, she was rude. Never greeted me or said anything but "here's your key, the room is down that hall". Then she "excused" me and went back to her bussiness. The room was bad. There were only 20 channels on tv and no fridge or microwave, like you would expct in a Park City "resort"! The carpet was so nasty and grungie that my companion would not walk on it barefoot! Their were ants in the bathroom and crawling on my daughter! I didn't get any respionse from housekeeping. It just kept ringing untill I gave up! Do Not Stay Here!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 30 of 155Very Nice, comfortable, and quiet
Although this is admittedly the "off-season" for Park City, and I would expect it to be quiet, I appreciated the comfort of the hotel and the amenities (underground parking and an in-hotel elevator). And the price was extremely reasonable for the facility. I only wish that we could have stayed longer!
