Rooms a bit "faded"

Nothing intrinsically wrong, but inside of the rooms the worst aspect of the hotel, coupled with the fact that they don't feel too secure - bit like a run-down motel

Nice Hotel and good value

For our family vacation this was a good affordable hotel. Central garden/pool area is very nice. Complimentary breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. Would definitely return.

Very clean and smells fresh!

Buffet breakfast was great. We ate outside in perfect weather with beautiful surroundings.

Excellent value

Definitely get a lot for the price. I used to live in Newbury Park. The hotel has a long history, but they have kept it in very good condition. My one minor complaint (common to a lot of hotels) is that the A/C unit was a little noisy. It is better than some I have seen, but not as good as others. I'm not sure why manufacturers make noise units when they know this is the environment they are going in and why hotels buy them.

Good breakfast

We booked none smoking room, but when we check in around 10pm there are no none smoking room left. We have that, smell old and smoky- big dissapointment us. Breakfast was very good and nice sunny area.
