Great Hotel for Get Away

Breath taking lake view rooms. We were on 36th floor. Service was great. Rooms large for Japanese Hotel. We will return.

Stay Away !

have 5 different hotels in this Japan trip over 2 weeks, this one maybe the worse. The hotel room was old and the carpet was very dirty and torn, although all of the 450 rooms all have a great view of the Biwa lake. Non-smoking rooms has smell of smoke, after compliant to the manager, they moved us to a newer room which has clearer carpet but still stains everywhere
