Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 54What kind of hotel doesn"t have an iron?
Showrer leaks, Bed hard as a board, 2.50 euro for a small Coke. Staff was friendly enough.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 54Great Service, nice accommodations
This hotel is outside of Rome but accessible via public transport. We got a 3 day metro pass, which applies for the bus as well, to get in and out of the city each day. The staff was very friendly and service overall was excellent. And it was nice being off the beaten trail. First time out from the airport if you're taking the train, then the metro, then bus to the hotel it's a little tricky, I would email the hotel and ask for exact directions before you depart. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 54Great Hotel
This is a good hotel for seeing the ruins in the area or for a base for flying to/from Rome. It's a little far from the major sights of Rome but a nice hotel nonetheless. They have a shuttle to the airport, a nice restaurant, good breakfast, internet access and a friendly staff.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 54Great place for the money and convenience!
I would like to commend Osama, the front desk agent...he was so nice, helpful and professional. The beds were hard as rocks, but the room was nice and the hotel was very clean and quiet.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 54Information and restaurant
I would have liked the hotel to have more information about the archeology of Ostia Antica, and to have been a bit nearer them. The restaurant was good, especially the breakfast.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 6 of 54Great room for the money!
Other than the beds being pretty hard and uncomfy, this hotel was great for the money. Honestly, most of the hotel beds in Europe are hard and there is no bed like your own, so overall, I would recommend this hotel. It's close to the FCO airport and it was quiet, safe, friendly and clean.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 54Great for exploring Ostia Antica and getting to FCO
The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the best part was the airconditioning - not always a given in Rome but very necessary in August. I would stay again in a heartbeat. But I would recommend a car as the location is out of the city, but it is only a few minutes drive to the airport and therefore very convenient for those with an early morning departure.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 54Close to airport and great service
This hotel was close to the airport, but far from the train station. It was a 30 minute walk from the train station. Do not take a taxi to the airport! It costs 35 euros and it was a five minute drive. Rip-off. There is public transportation to the airport, so use that. The hotel was nice and breakfast was included.

The manager Gwenda was great, as were the receptionists both male and female, but the room was dark and uncomfortable. Hallways were dark and small. Phone did not work in the room. We missed the included breakfast by minutes and we were charged 5 Euros for juice/coffee/danish.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 54Not a great value
The hotel rooms in this hotel are very small. I was traveling alone and I barely got around the room. The room has its own bathroom but the shower was small and tucked into the corner with a circular door- I have never been in anything so small. Breakfast was meager-coffee, tea, juice, cold cereal, fruit coctail, yougurt, and a few sweet danish. This definitely did not compare to other Rome hotels' breakfasts. The location to the ruins was not as close as they like it to seem. You definitely need to take the C4 bus. Also, you are located on a busy road that has no sidewalk so foot travel is not safe. If you are traveling to the ruins there are bread and breakfast hotels closer.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 54far from anything interesting
the main thing i didn't like is how far it is from rome. you have to take a bus (that you may have to wait up to 30 mins for) and then a train (about a 15 min ride) to get to rome. the room was decent though. i'd say better than the 3 star rating.

The hotel is located on a main road, with very heavy traffic and no sidewalks so you can not leave the bulding except to use the bus stop in front or a resturant next door. The room was clean but the bed was as hard as the floor and there was no air at all. We had to sleep with a patio door wide open and since our room faced the highway, we had to listen to the traffic all night long. Did not get much sleep. The resturant had a limited menu and food was ok and on the high side.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 15 of 54Good for the money, close to the airport
We stayed here because we had to catch an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was what you would expect for this price range, nothing fancy but a nice clean room to get you through the night. The neighborhood didn't look that great, but there was an excellent restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel had a nice continental breakfast in the morning. The only thing I would note is that I would definitely recommend the airport shuttle service to the airport. It costs 15 euro, but a taxi will cost you 30 euro.
