Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 118You get what you pay for
The only reason I booked this hotel was for the very cheap rate. I expected it to be awful. It did not disappoint. The linens were dirty, and beds were only partially made. There were exposed wires. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor and the complimentary shampoos were strewn about the floor of the bathtub (which was amusing more than anything else. Looked like the maids did a drive-by cleanup.) I made the mistake of going barefoot into the bathroom and the floor was quite sticky. That being said, the service was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. I'm sure they would have been glad to fix what they could in the room, but we were not very concerned, as we only were there for six hours. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked. I wouldn't stay there for a week-long vacation or anything, but to crash before a day of flying, it's perfect.

It's nothing special, but it did the job for us. The Consierge was very nice, but it was just a plain hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 118Outstanding Hotel
I liked the quiet and serene atmosphere of this hotel. My room was large, clean and the bed very comfortable and everything worked. I felt very safe there, which is a big consideration for an elderly female traveling alone. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again or recommend it to a friend. The hotel staff I came into contact with could not have been more helpful or friendly. There was a slight delay in the shuttle, but when I called and reported it they sent a different shuttle for me immediately, which I greatly appreciated. The price was fair for what I received.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 6 of 118Exceeded Expectations!
Myself and 7 others stayed here on a layover while waiting to go on a cruise. I was not sure what we had instore for us, due to some of the past reviews we read "after we booked". So we went with an open mind, and was extremely satisfied! The hotel lobby and coridor was beautiful! The hall way up to our rooms was a little warm, but who cares, it's a hall way!! The rooms were "hotel rooms", nothing at all wrong with them and nothing bad to say at all! I am very pleased with the very small amount we paid for the rooms in comparison to the beauty of the hotel! We would stay here again!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL in the lobby. But you when walk past that to your room. It smells like old ciggeretes. Cheap purfume, and sweat. The carpets are so dirty, You can see the years and years of dirt not being washed, vaccumed , I was very impressed with the outside and the lobby. But the hallways are nasty. The guest computer is very DIRTY. And there is and old spanish lady at the breakfeast that is very very rude. You can't take your food up to your room I tired and she chased me down to have me read the small print on the sign saying ( you can't take the breakfeast up) You have to sign in to eat the breakfeast. This is a list of what the have: The genaric version of : Rice crispies Rasin bran Cherrios They also have cheap plain mini bagels. Mini muffins,Apples,Brown bannanas. Now all of this remember you have to eat down stairs with this old lady giving you dirty looks. And I asked if I could take it up. I was 9 mnths pregnant at the time. Had my husband and brother in law in the room. And the were to tired to get up. So I did not plan on sitting down stairs in an uncomftorble chair, No television, and an evil woman. PLease take this in to mind.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 118Good hotel for the money
The room was fine if you are just spending a day or so. It was OK. The shuttle service was not good however. Prior to my arrival at the airport I had asked how to specifically get the shuttle to the hotel. They told me to call from the house phone at the airport. Well, their number was not listed on the house phone and when I called from my cell. I did not get an answer. After 30 min of trying, I ended up taking a taxi. $15.00 later I was at the hotel, very tired and frustrated. Their comment: oh, I didn't know there was a problem with the phone. No apologies whatsoever. Other than that, the room was OK, nothing special, but doable.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 118Best price
This hotel is convenient to the airport and has a shuttle bus that goes every half hour, so when you have an early flight it is great. There is no food available but a good local restaurant just a 3 minute walk up the road. The pool was too cold to swim in, but not a big deal since we were there just for an early flight. The place is not up to date with internet service etc. and it is very middle of the road, but again, for an early flight it is the cheapest hotel in the area.

I thought this was a great deal...until I got there. They lack customer service and are extremely rude. I had to wait close to an hour for the shuttle when they are only 2 miles away from the airport. All in all, pay the extra money for a better hotel.
