Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 18 of 118Where is it?
Since it is a misspelling of the Sheraton chain no one at the airport or the car rental agency had heard of it. The Google Map was not helpful because of the one-way streets, freeway and toll road. The sign had just been changed. The problem as I saw it in daylight was that from most places you " couldn't get there from here."

Hotel was older and could use significant maintenance. Was told they were a 3-star hotel but it was not, more like 1.5 stars. Continental breakfast was very limited and bagels were stale at 7 in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel given the other options in the area.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 20 of 118Location and price helped
Proximentry to airport was best thing about hotel. Price also helped since I just needed place to sleep for night. Room smelled musky and dirty sheets on bed.

The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before my stay. A used washcloth was on the sink and the had soap was used. Rooms need renovated desperately. Bathrooms are scary.

The entrance is the best thing this hotel has going for it. Once you get past that, the rooms are in definite need of a makeover and cleaning!

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The lobbby was nice but the rooms were awful. They smelled bad and were dirty. I had ants in the room/bathtub diidn't work. Also the window on the 2nd floor opened and no screen on it. A child could fall from it. I changed my room 3 times and the last room wasn't any better. I asked for a refund but they only gave me 40.00 back. I should have slept at the airport.

old hotel with new face, great people, great location so if you don't care about looks it is good value for the money, but if you are expecting a Sheraton quality hotel, IT ISN'T!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 26 of 118Rude Staff - Needs Inprovement
The staff was very rude and not helpful. We waited over an hour at the airport for the complimentary shuttle. During the hour wait, we called the hotel 6 times to verify the shuttle was coming. The first 5 times, the hotel advised us "the van was on its way" and one time even said that there were "mechanical problems." We verified we were in the right location multiple times. The hotel supervisor on duty told us if we don't see the van in the next 5 minutes to give the hotel a call back. We waited for 10 more minutes and proceeded to call the hotel, twice, however, no one answered the phone. We ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel. When we got to the front desk to complain about the service and ask that they at least reimburse us for the taxi ride, they told us it was our fault for not waiting. We left a message with the manager of the hotel and he told us after researching it, we had waited at the wrong location and, therefore, it was our fault. Despite being at the location the staff told us to be at and that they confirmed was the correct location multiple times, now the hotel is blaming us and refusing to reimburse the taxi cost. This entire problem could have easily been avoided by a competent and helpful staff, and could have been resolved simply by a reimbursement, but the hotel has continued to refuse. This is our first complaint posted to hotels.com, after many stays; we do not consider ourselves quick to complain.

the room we were in was clean but the paper on the wall was coming down the rugs were kinda dirty and it could use some updated stuff. the hallway the check- out counter and the corridors were very clean and the lobby was the nicest room. i think if they update the rooms it would be top quility. very reasonable rate.

Didn't give me the room I booked. The A/C in the room that we got wasn't working. Ruid Night staff and it took a phone call from our room, the maintenance man looking at the A/C and then my husband complaining for us to get moved to a room with A/C and it was actually the room we were supposed to have.
