Great Location but Old Hotel

The location of the hotel was great, but it was old and the rooms were not the cleanest. I didnt have a telephone in my room or did I have a lock on the door. There were bugs in my room. I will not be staying there again.

Great location!

The location was great, close to the restaurants, clubs and grocery stores. The hotel offers its own transportation to the parks. There's also a bus stop that takes you to Orlando Airport which saves you about $60 on a taxi ride :-)

Staff needs improvement

Staff was not the friendliest. One girls was chewing her food while talking to me.

Great room for the money. Good location and ease to food stops and shopping.

Horrible experience

First of all, upon our arrival, there were someone else's shoes in the room, which means that they did NOT clean the room... how could they miss a pair of shoes?! Then, the housekeeping never came (and no, I did not have the do not disturb sign up) we ran out of towels and toilet paper, my husband had to track someone down to get the things we needed. The TV was not working right, several channels did not have sound, they were fuzzy, and would cut in and out. One channel had porn on it, which I found absolutely disgusting, what if a child had found that channel? There was no remote for the TV. Oh, the list goes on and on.... the neighborhood was not very good, local hoodlums hanging out at the gas station next door creeped me out! They would harass you if you walked by them attempting to get into the store. The shuttle was a joke... only came two times and we were on it for over an hour each way, as it stops at several hotels. We ended up buying a pass for the local trolly for the week, but we were still charged for the shuttle. Overall BAD STAY- would NOT stay again.

everything was perfect but the carpet in the room. It was filthy so if you have little ones I don't recomended otherwise is fine.

Get the pool side view.. i mean this a cheap hotel so you are not getting much but a great location close to Universal.

Great room for the price

Was an excellent price for the location. Although the Game room was non-existent.There was only one ice machine in the entire hotel and it was in the lobby.

GREAT for the PRICE

I will admit I was worried that I had choosen the worst hotel to stay in. I took my daughter to Orlando (Seaworld) and just needed a place to put my head. The room was nice and clean, the bed had to of been the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. Everything else was good. I recommend staying here!!

Great room for the money

The money is great for the stay. Had some issues with the ice machine not being nearby and air conditioner not working properly in one of my rooms, but overall was a nice hotel to stay in.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

We had to three times. First, because of no heat or cable in the room. Second, I was woke at 1:30am because the in room fire alarm was going off due to the in room heater. We ended up moving to another room with twin beds. This was not the anniversary vacation we were looking for.
