Its 2 min away from Universal, wet wild, all types of restaurants and i was 100% satisfied with my room and service. WIll go again

It was ok .

I would not stay there again , but if you are looking for a cheap hotel its not so bad. The place looks dirty right when you drive in . Then you look at the other side of the street and see the sheraton and you say to yourself ..WHY DID I NOT STAY THERE? The shower in the room was broken , so water was all over the place. The room was pretty clean , but it just looked bad . The pillow was so hard that my neck was hurting the next day .Its kijd dark at night , so i did not feel safe . The only thing i liked about my stay was that the room was super cold. So if you are reading this , just think really hard before you say yes to this place .

Needs Improvement

Hotel lobby had no air conditioning on check-in date. Phone in room did not work. A/C unit louder than most. TV reception (Satellite) was very poor.

Great for money and location

Pros: Perfect location for Universal Studios. Cheap transportation to the park, $16 round trip. Price was right. Cons: Forget about free shuttle service, picks up late and returns early. Only found one ice machine in main lobby. No free coffee or any other amenities. Toilet clogged first night. Door keys barely work. Overall: If your on a tight budget use this hotel, otherwise spend a little more for a hotel that serves some kind of breakfast and has more amenities.

I really did love the location, it was right in the middle of everything. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with housekeeping. We left the hotel at 8am and returned at 4pm and the room was not cleaned I called the front desk and explained to the that the sheets were romoved but not replaced. They informed me that is how they do it one person removes the sheets another makes the bed. The room smelled like mildew, The iron was broken. overall it really wasn't that bad but thay need to improve housekeeping

That was no switch working in my room! It was very dificult to turn the lights on or off! A lot of cables visibles and some of them broken! The carpet was not so clean.

Stay Away!!

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We booked last minute when our travel plans changed, and I am still regretting the decision to stay here. The room was FILTY. The front door didn't seal and even when closed and locked you could see people walking by your room through the large gap. The bathtub leaked and ran all night long, no only keeping us awake but robbing us of hot water to shower in the morning. There was mold growing in the bathroom, and the entire room smelled musty. The front desk staff was rude and it was impossible to get towels. The only nice point was the pool which was very clean and well maintained. There are lots of attractions within walking distance from the hotel, but it is NOT the place to stay. The taxi driver who picked us up after that one awful night to take us to our resort in Disney said they are known for cockroaches. YUCK!

we love it

we loved the stay it the holtel.It was close to everything.The mades were nice and so was the front desk people.Thanks for the good stay.we will plan another trip and stay with the hotel agin.

Great room for the money

I really have no complaints about this place other than I asked for a refrigerator, was told I am on "the list", and after a 9 day stay it never showed up. The rooms were clean and the maid service was excellent. Great location to Universal and Wet-n-Wild. Only 10-15 minutes from Disney.

I ALREADY Recommended this hotel to others...

The comfort and upkeep of the hotel was better than I expected. THREE Pillows on each bed is just one thing that made things really comfy. The Hotel STAFF were the nicest ever.... Also, i did not realize they have a shuttle to some theme parks which is included in the $3 resort fee you have to pay. TV reception was not great, but everything else was.
