Very polite and helpful staff

I was glad we there over a weekend as our room looked out onto a construction site which must get pretty noisy during the week. Yaletown is a great neighbourhood though with loads of eating and shopping options. Hotel was very comfortable and there was nice attention to detail like coming back to find our beds turned down and the window blinds lowered. Great value for a clean, modern hotel in a great location.

Sleepless in Vancouver

Don't stay at the Opus Hotel if you're planning on sleeping. It's a beautiful hotel, but it's right next to construction of the new transit system and several nightclubs.

The room was great, I guess the only knock was the electrical plug in the bathroom was aprox. 10 feet from the mirror.

Great hotel & location, but don't ask for a long car ride

The location & amenities of this hotel were superb. However, they do not post on their website that their BMW 7 series car service only is for a very limited driving radius. I had to pull teeth & over tip to get a ride across town & when I mentioned being picked up from the airport they pretty much laughed in my face. Therefore, they do put their convenience ahead of their guests even though this place supposedly is all about guest services.
