Very Reasonably Priced

Our stay at the Omni was only for one night. Very reasonably priced. Cheap parking outside next door. We had booked a month in advance. When we arrived we were bumped from a king size bed to 2 doubles with no closet or place to hang any clothes. Really the only glitch! The hotel staff was very nice and courteous. They made the stay worthwhile.

Older hotel, small rooms, great staff

We thought the hotel was really nice - great charm for an older building. We were surprised that the bar/restaurant was pretty much empty - we were not even sure it was open. The room was very small and needed some light maintenance, but was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is about a 4 block walk from any restaurants and about 6-10 blocks from attractions. It did pour rain one morning and the we got a shuttle ride home from breakfast no problem at all. We took the metro -rail train from the airport - there is a stop 2 blocks from the hotel. This was really convenient and cheap!

Just a place to stay

Nothing special, but a clean place to stay. Not in a great area and decent distance from the landing. Friendly staff, but forgot my wake up call.

Very Nice

The Hotel is very clean and located within an easy walk to restaurants and busch stadium. I noticed another comment on this site about the cost of parking your car at the hotel so we found a public parking garage and left our car there. There are several public parking buildings located close to the hotel. The employees were very friendly and obviously focused on customer service.

Excellent Hotel

I stayed at the Omni Majestic July 31 & Aug 1,2009. It was my second time staying there, and I found it to be just as nice as I remembered it to be from my previous stay 4 years ago. My only complaints were for what I felt was an overpriced breakfast buffet, and overpriced valet service. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and went the extra mile to please us. The room was very nice and the bed was to die for. I have NEVER slept as well in a hotel bed as I did there. All in all I have to give The Onmi Majestic 2 BIG THUMBS UP!!!

Parking

The hotel was a very nice older hotel. It was in the middle of alot of St. Louis attractions, all within walking distance. The only complaint was they only offer valet service for $25, I didnt remember reading this when I booked. Our vehicle was parked in the same spot where we pulled into register and never moved?

Expected More

The room had only one robe, despite having a king bed. The bathroom was tiny. The cost of parking was outrageous. And the location was certainly not central in proximity to evening entertainment. The service was okay but nothing special. I expected so much more.

Great service, room too light at night

The people who work here are kind and helpful, but too much light came into room at night and I got little sleep.

Over the top Customer Service

The Omni Majestic Hotel was fantastic! The level of customer service was impecable! Our every need was met and every employee was very responsive... emphasis on all...from the front desk person to the valet to the maid service. They were there to make sure your visit was pleasant in every way. Thanks to all for your part in making our vacation a success!
