Old Government House Hotel

Location. The Old Government House Hotel & Spa is the former residence of the island's Lieutenant Governor and longest established hotel in the island. It is set in the centre of St Peter Port, one block from the St James concert hall. Guernsey Airport (GCI) is an approximate driving time of 15 minutes from the hotel, a distance of 3.5 miles.

Hotel Features.Guests can relax over drinks in the hotel's bar, take swim in the outdoor pool, and order from the 24-hour room service menu. There is also a fitness centre, a sauna and a steam room. Guestrooms.The 63 guestrooms, over two floors, have individually styled decor and furnishings. All include satellite television with pay movies, telephones with voicemail, complimentary Internet access and bathrobes.

Expert Tip. Sausmarez Manor, four miles from the hotel, is home to subtropical gardens, a sculpture park and a miniature railway.
