See more detailsLocation. The Old Government House Hotel & Spa is the former residence of the island's Lieutenant Governor and longest established hotel in the island. It is set in the centre of St Peter Port, one block from the St James concert hall. Guernsey Airport (GCI) is an approximate driving time of 15 minutes from the hotel, a distance of 3.5 miles.
Hotel Features.Guests can relax over drinks in the hotel's bar, take swim in the outdoor pool, and order from the 24-hour room service menu. There is also a fitness centre, a sauna and a steam room. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel, and other practical amenities include a 24-hour front desk, a safe-deposit box and complimentary parking facilities.
The Old Government House Hotel & Spa's OGH Brasserie is a modern restaurant with a French atmosphere, serving a menu of local and French dishes. There is also Governor's, which is decorated in a bohemian style and serves a menu of classic French dishes and fine wines.
Guestrooms.The 63 guestrooms, over two floors, have individually styled decor and furnishings. All include satellite television with pay movies, telephones with voicemail, complimentary Internet access and bathrobes.
