Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 17Great Room
This hotel had everything we needed, a clean, comfortable room with a nice view, refrigerator, microwave, comfortable beds, etc. It was attached to the casino, so we could get food right there and play the games or watch the entertainment in the lounge.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 17ok room for the money
Room was fine for the money. Service person at the registration desk was rude and not helpful.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 17A good place to crash if your hitting the slopes all day.
Its a decent place. Nothing great, nothing bad. People were nice there. Its a hour to hour and a half commute to the slopes in sipapu, angel fire, and taos. Over all I was fine with the place. Does have a very depressing atmosphere though....

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 17Customer Service SERIOUSLY Needs Improvment
The hotel was very nice and the rooms were comfortable, but the customer service was horrible. When we checked in, the registration desk didn't even check my ID or credit card to see if I was who I claimed to be. The restaurant, gift shop and casino staff seemed to have no personality and were completely unfriendly. We will visit the Santa Fe area again, but will not be staying at the Ohkay.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 17Barely glorified motel
I would stay there again but thought it was high for the service and amenities and for the breakfast in the king room I was shocked it didn't include the buffet for the price difference.

Nice hotel. Really clean rooms. Fun place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful!!! Only down side was that the pool was closed and they only have an outdoor pool.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 17Too much smoke
Nice room for a stay, but unless you are there for the casino, there is little to do. Remote to the city center. If you have problems with smoke, then stay away. Other than the room, everything is saturated with heavy smoke.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 17Last Resort
The suite itself is adequate for a business or romantic getaway, and is brand-new. But the rest of the "resort" is completely worthless. There's better dining and service downtown. The casino is tiny and they don't let you take drinks from the bar into the miniature casino (be nice if they put a sign up to that effect). In the rooms, The iron is secured to the ghetto-reject ironing board, which makes it virtually worthless. It's a growing "resort" with much construction, and may one day be a decent place to stay. But for now, just keep on driving to Santa Fe (through the speed traps) and book a hotel there.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 17Good Value for the Money
This hotel offers large, clean rooms that are very quiet. The staff is very efficient, helpful, and eager to make your stay enjoyable. Stay away from the restaurant, however. The food is not good and there are too many "thou shalt nots" to worry with. There are better restaurants in the area.

Although the rooms were nice and non-smoking, the smoke smell in the hall will knock you over when you walk in.
