You Get What You Pay For

Shower stall had mildew and appeared a little dirty. Elevators a bit slow, but we all need have more patience in life. Parking is very cramped and limited. One car that had parked "head in" had to reverse all the way out because he couldn't turn around.

Rooms need some touch-ups

The hotel is in a pretty good location although the main strip in front is frequented by prostitutes late at night....The rooms are typical but need some upgrading especially a coat of paint!

great room for the money

This location was great !! Close to everything . Helpful & friendly staff !! This was my tenth time to Oahu , and stayed at a Ohana or Outrigger hotel. They are the best !

It was OK

For the price you get what you pay for. The hookers need to be cleaned up on Kuhio from my balcony they can be seen all night. The staff is sooo nice and friendly. Having Chilis in the Hotel is great. Be in shape because you will be climbing alot of stairs since the elevators are slow and small and one of them was broken.

Ehhh, it does the job....

Nothing great, I am the type of person who wants to be able to enjoy the hotel room and feel a bit pampered. Not so here, maybe they put me in an extra low budget room, but it was outdated, basic, and sort of noisy.

Great location

The property is located near everything; the beach is a short walk, lots of shops in the general area. Our room had an ocean view that was good. The staff was generally friendly , but always helpful. Great Place to stay and see Waikiki.

needs improvement

Hotel rooms needs improvent and updating,electrical problems in room, jewelry safe did not work, shower tile and grout were gross,ugly old green carpet. Would not stay there again.

Great Hotel

Great location and clean room. Walking distance to resturaunts, beach, and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers to guests free trolley around Waikiki. Would stay there again

A lot for my money

Great location - we walked everywhere and took advantage of the pink trolley line. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and our room was clean. This hotel met all of our needs as we were on Oahu for a soccer tournament.
