Odalys Résidence les Hauts de Balaruc

Odalys Residence Les Hauts de Balaruc is a quiet holiday complex set in its own gardens close to the beaches of L'Etang de Thau, five kilometres from the resort centre and seven kilometres from Sète. All 104 studios and apartments feature terrace areas and kitchenettes with refrigerators and cookware; televisions are also available for hire.

Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, enjoy a round of minigolf or play tennis before soaking up the sun on the loungers. Multilingual staff can advise guests on the local area and parking is available for guests arriving by car. Mont St. Clair, five kilometres from the hotel, offers panoramic views of the sea, Thau Basin and the town of Sete. Sete's Old Port with its mix of old fishing vessels and expensive yachts is six kilometres away and the narrow winding streets of Old Montpellier are 24 kilometres from the hotel. Montpellier Airport is 35 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 45 minutes. Resort fees are determined by the hotel and are subject to change.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end-of-stay cleaning service is provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.

Towels and televisions are not provided free of charge and can be rented locally. Deposit is required on arrival and refunded on checkout subject to costs incurred for breakages and cleaning.
