Great room for the money

We only stayed one night because we were in town for a family reunion but it was very enjoyable. The indoor pool and lazy river was great for our granddaughter and the whirlpool was great for us. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good although not included it was close, reasonable and good.

Vacation travel

The hotel was better than expected. Front desk very helpful. Location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to resturants.

Great room for the money

You could not beat the scenery. The only bad thing about the Ocean Reef is that the shower head was TERRIBLE! I will go back again, though.

Great room for the money

Had a great vacation, hotel was very nice and staff was excellent. Did have a small emnarrassing moment went a maid forgot to knock. :)

Great Hotel

My Hubby & I wanted to get away for my birthday so we booked this hotel. Everything was just right. Quiet, clean, private balcony, mini kitchenette. The only thing that I didn't know was when we arrived, we had to give them our debit card so they can hold $100 until we checked out & it was suppose to be automatically put back on the card when we checked out but this was two days ago & they are saying now that "my" bank can take up to 10 days to put it back on my card but it didn't take no time for them to take it off my card. The economy is too bad right now to be waiting for your money to be put back!!!!!!!

Outstanding Resort

We just stayed for 6 nights and I must say we had a wonderful experience! The resort was beautiful and everything was well maintained. The parking was easy and the elevators were quick.The front desk was fast and very professional, we just never had a problem. They have a nice breakfast buffet and an outdoor pool bar and grill, we took advantage of alot of the amenities.We were there for our anniversary and we will go back.
