nice for the price!!!!!!!!!

this was my second time staying in the room, it was nice for the price. only thing i couldnt watch my show american most wanted fox, also they didnt have HBO like it said on the guild but i did other things besides watching t.v..

Great room for the money!

we were alittle scared to stay here after reading the reviews, but over all for your money if your tight it was great!!!!!!!! there were a few flaws as anywhere else u would go. the inside pool was nasty had a fishy smell and it was very very cold whats the use of paying for a room with an indoor pool and cant swim cause its to cold. but other then that everything was great. didnt know i had a kitchenett hell anywhere else with a kitchen would of been much higher, with food lion being across the street we was able to cook a full course meal. the showers where wonderful the water was very hot the water pressure was very good just like going to get a message. the maids not to friendly but what do u expect they probably stayed up alnight partying who wouldnt living on the beach. yes i will come and come again.

Good for the money

Room was dirty when we got there. The location is great and the full kitchen was nice. It was kind of ridiculous to pay 50 dollars per person deposit considering the condition of the room.

Stay Away!!!

My stay at Ocean Plaza was the worst experience I have had in a hotel/motel. The hallways smelled like urine, our 'balcony' was ground floor and 4 feet from the pool (literally!), the door to the sliding glass door leading to the 'balcony' had a lock that didnt lock! The maintenance man brought in a shower rod that he cut to fit into the bottom of the door (security bar!), our cell phones got no service and they had no wifi, which I consider pretty much standard nowadays! Do not stay here...in fact boycot it!

Great room for the money

Location was great - right off 17 and 501. Easy access to the beach. Great price and room.

Seen Bugs and there was food under the beds.

cigarette burns in the beds, headboard falling of the wall, bugs, stains and sticky stuff on the counters,old food(french fries and old drinks) left under the bed and behind curtains.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

I WONT STAY THERE AGAIN THE HALLS SMELLED REAL BAD THE DOORS WERE STICKING THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT IT WAS THAT IT WAS ON THE BEACH.THE POOL WAS DIRTY IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD MOLD OR SOMTHING AT THE BOTTOM OF IT.

Great for partying!

You basically get what you pay for. The hotel was very clean but you could tell it has not been updated in years! It is right on the beach though and in the middle of everyhthing so it is great for spring breakers or a senior trip!

needs improvement

the hotel was convenient to beach but the staff was not very friendly. the maid service never changed out sheets on the bed and when they were asked to, they got an attitude.
