Great Hotel

Location, location, location. Best location, right next to Mallory Square, end of Duval - walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly, gave us a free upgrade because it was available - would definitely stay here again!

Would definately stay there again-only problem was that our ocean view room was not ocean view - the overgrown palm trees blocked 90% of the view. Room was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, location couldn't have been better.

Outstanding Hotel

We spent a week at Ocean Key Resort and will definately be going back again! You can't beat the location and the rooms are beautiful.

Great place to stay

This hotel is great, they upgraded our room when we arrived and was very polite and helpful during our stay. I would stay there again and it's in a great location.

Outstanding Hotel

I had booked an partial ocean view room and we ended up getting a full ocean view. It was absolutely fabulous. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to Mallory Square, the marina, Duval Street eateries & shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ask if Construction is Over First...

Call and ask if the construction outside the hotel is done unless you want to spend a mint on an oceanfront room to be woken by jackhammers and noise every morning. Balcony was useless all day due to deafening construction and the construction is right next to the beautiful oceanside pool. So unless you want to swim in a sea of diesel fumes and jackhammering, call and ask if it's over and stay elsewhere if it isn't... Other than that, great hotel, but don't spend money on this place only to be disappointed and frustrated. Call first.

Beautiful room, great staff!

We booked 2 junior suites, non-ocean view. Upon arrival we were upgraded to ocean view suites. Both rooms were very nicely decorated in a tropical style. Both rooms had a balcony that overlooked the water. Great sunset views! Beautiful restaurant with great waterfront views of sunsets. Only slight negative for some would be the noise from the nearby docks, but this added to the ambience of being near the water to us. Fantastic location -- near everything. Staff was great and knew us by name everytime, and also knew our room number to retrieve the car. A great stay in a beautiful place.

Amazing Hotel

There are few words that can express the amazing time we had at the Ocean Key. Everything went smooth and exceeded our expectations. From the check in process, valet, excursion bookings, food, etc. We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a junior suite with partial ocean view. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and accomodating. The food and drinks were excellent and the hotel could not be in a better location. A short stroll and your on Duval street and around the corner from the sunset celebration. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. I know I will be planning a return trip soon.

Convenient to everything, especially great restaurants near the waterfront and trolley tours which saved our legs!
