Oasis Beach Tower Apartments

Oasis Beach Tower Apartments is a modern, high-rise tower of hotel apartments situated in the Dubai Marina, 20 kilometres from the city centre and 25 kilometres from the International Convention Centre. This hotel offers 180 air-conditioned guestrooms located on 45 floors, all of which have contemporary decor with sleek dark wood furnishings, and open on to balconies with Arabian Gulf or Dubai Marina views. Apartments include fully equipped kitchens with espresso machines, two bathrooms, and separate living areas with LCD satellite television, Internet connections, and CD and DVD players.

Golf is available two kilometres away at the Emirates Golf Club and Ski Dubai is 10 kilometres away. Dubai International Airport is 35 kilometres away with an approximate driving time to the hotel of 25 minutes.

Renovation notice: A 20-storey building is under construction in the immediate vicinity. There will not be any disruption to hotel services, but there may be some noise disturbance between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. There is no estimated date of completion available at this time.

The Oasis Beach Tower is currently developing a new conference facility on the second floor. This construction will be taking place until early July 2009. The hotel is moving guests to higher floors wherever possible so that noise disturbance may be limited.
