    The Nuran is great if you are going to be in Dubai for a few weeks or a month. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, but not particularly fancy (the beds are pretty hard, too). The staff is very friendly, there is a decent gym, nice pool and a Costa Coffee which is very convenient. A word of advice: cab drivers will have no idea where the Nuran is, so have the address and directions to the hotel handy.

Location. The Nuran Marina Serviced Residences are located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, overlooking the Marina and five kilometres from Montgomerie Dubai golf course. The Mall of the Emirates shopping centre is seven kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Features. Located by the Dubai Marina, Nuran Al Majara is a modern, 10-storey residence offering serviced apartments. The onsite Hayya] health club offers an outdoor swimming pool with a sundeck overlooking the marina, a steam room, hot tub and gym. The lounge is equipped with satellite television. Further amenities include complimentary parking, a reading room and complimentary newspapers.

The Costa cafe at Nuran Marina offers a range of coffee and pastries. Breakfast is available every morning for a surcharge. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are several restaurants in the local area.

The residence offers a range of business services, two conference rooms and a mini theatre for meetings.

The Dubai Marina is located next to the residence and offers opportunities for boating. The nearest golf course is five kilometres away.

Guestrooms. The Nuran Al Majara Residences comprises 90 serviced apartments that incorporate fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. Apartments are air-conditioned and open onto balconies that offer views across the Dubai Marina.
