ok for a short overnight stay

Difficult to find, area had some car vandalism

exploding toilet!!!

you get what you pay for. when you flush the toilet it is SOOOOOOOOO loud! i expected water to come flying at me. there was a big cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. its fine if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. but dont expect anything.

Great Value

This is a great hotel if you need somewhere to stay for the night. We were able to check in early and were able to get a room with pool-side view. Not the best area, but the same can be said about any hotel along an Interstate Highway. The lady at the counter was very helpful, even looked up event information and called me with that info in a timely manner. Would stay again.

Great Room for the money

The hotel was good for what we needed. Needed more outlets by the desk.

Great Hotel

Everything really was great with this hotel, the only complaint that I have is with the bed it was horribly uncomfortable. The surrounding area is nice and there are 4 restaurants within walking distance which is nice and a wal-mart about 3 minutes away. If you need a place to stay with nice staff, a comfortable atmosphere and a reasonable price then this would be a great choice.

Good value - bring some Glade

Location was the main factor in choosing this hotel. Next, I wanted a smoking room and a pool, which it has. The pool area was fantastic - large pool with a 9' deep end. Nice mature trees and lots of birds and squirrels to look at. The smoking room lived up to its billing - it smelled like the smoking lounge at the Las Vegas airport. There is no fresh air available unless you leave the door open, so there is no chance for the smoke smell to dissipate. If you can handle that, then this is the hotel for you. The staff was excellent and it was central to Austin and points north.

If you are looking for a place to sleep for the night, you can't beat the price/value of this hotel!

Great Price (No problems)

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for a night. It was cheap, and I had absolutely no problems with it. Highly recommended.

Decent hotel

Confusing building layout, made it easy to get lost. However, privacy was never an issue. Great pool, good checkin staff even when extremely busy. A bit more expensive than I hoped for Austin, but nonetheless good value.

Needs Improvement

The hotel had no breakfast, there were fleas in the rooom, the shower had no hot water, and there was a great deal of noise all night long. When I called the front office to ask for assistance at 3 a.m. in the morning because there was quite a bit of noise and cussing, they did nothing. I also asked fro extra pillows, but they said my family of 4 could only have one because other guest needed them.

Good value

Good location near 290 and I35. The toilet ran, no other complaints. Friendly desk personnel.

Needs Improvement

The lock to our room was damaged and barely worked-complained immediately with no solution not even placing us in a new room. The fitness center had 4 machines that did not work. Only the treadmills worked but one was missing the magnet to opperate it. I have knee problems and was disappointed that the other cardio machines did not work. Once again complained but nothing was done about it. The pool hours said 6am-10pm, but remained locked until 9am. The bathroom was moldy-paint and carpet in vanity area. Very musty due to no ventilation. I would not stay in that hotel again or recommend it to friends or family. They should have upgraded rooms or given me a discount of some sort (restaurant/attraction coupons, etc).
