Good 3 star experience

I was looking just for a place to stay nearby to our German office for good money. The hotel was a good experience with ho problem with very late check in, simple clean room, and quiet. Also the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to make after check out stay somewhere between meetings, and they have allowed me to use the hotel meeting room with internet. If you want luxury, it is not your place. If you want to sleep well while accepting 3 starts quality, and the location fits your needs, you should be happy with this choice.

A Pleasant Surprise

We booked this because it was close to the airport and within easy access to/from the Autobahn and weren't looking for anything exceptional. To our surprise we were given a spacious suite with a huge bathroom. All anomalous to Europe. A streetcar station was a block away providing easy access to downtown shopping within about 15 minutes. There is a great Serbian restaurant about two blocks up the street called "The Zagreb". Ate there twice and had great meals both times. The only negative was a mildewed shower curtain which upset my wife more than me.

good value

Breakfast was great. We requested a queen bed, paid in advance and received two twin beds instead. We were also booked on the 4th floor, two floors above elevator service. We requested to be moved to a floor with elevator service, the only available room was a smoking room. overall, the hotel was a good value for the price.

Plaon ole room

Two twin beds pushed together, small table, and a 13"tv...sparingly functional but not bad. We were just a couple of guys in town to party and to that end it was nothing if not appropriate. Not too many English-speakers around so be prepared. Not the best neighborhood in town, but could be worse. Wouldn't probably take the fam there, nor any romantic dates. Place was a little dirty, but parts were under construction so it was somewhat understandable. Not bad I guess.
