For the price this was an excellent location. Room was a little small but the staff's attentiveness made up for it.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 38GREAT VALUE IN NEW ORLEANS
Super spot. Away from the noise of Bourbon Street, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. About a 15 minute walk to the action. Free parking-self service parking-in adjacent space to the hotel. The hosts go out of their way to ensure your comfort and knowledge. I'll be back.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 38UNEXPECTED GEM IN NEW ORLEANS
A superb place to stay. Out of the hustle of Bourbon Street (about a 15 minute walk away). The hosts go out of their way to see to your comfort. It is an extreme value for the money. I'll go back again. No parking fees. You are able to park on site and get your own car without the hassle of valet parking. Extremely secure property. Although it requires a walk to activity of the French Quarter, the hosts are more than happy to recommend a route, good restaurants, and local sites. I'd highly recommend this property if one is planning a trip to New Orleans. It's an unexpected gem.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay! I loved all the antiques and the history of the place! I was not real excited about the location but, I felt VERY safe inside the hotel itself. Very friendly staff!!! Enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard!!

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 38Very friendly and outstanding knowledge of area
This was our first B&B and based on the service we received we would not stay anywhere else in New Orleans. The area was great and walking around at night was not a problem. We have a double cab truck and parking was a huge concern but once we got there we found there was plenty of room for us to fit. The owners gave us reccomendations for places to eat and shop and we were not disappointed.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 7 of 38Location was an issue
My daughter and I are traveling across the country and considered this hotel not to be in a location that we felt safe in. Enough so that we were willing to loose our prepaid payment of $100. We drove up to front and kept on going...didn't even stop. The photo of the front is not what we considered to be a true representation of the B&B.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 38Outstanding Service
We loved our stay here. We picked this B&B because of the ratings. It was worth it. The service was excellent. We really felt at home. It's very close to the French Quarter, basically across the street. We were able to walk everywhere. We will stay here every time we go to New Orleans. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms do not have loud colors. Rooms were very cozy with very high ceilings with crown molding. Stay here you won't regret it!

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 38Charming and comfortable hotel right next to the Quarter
When we go back to New Orleans, this is where we'll stay -- it was that great. The historic hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved that it was an easy walk to the Quarter, but just far enough away that we could sleep in peace and quiet when we wanted. The staff is amazing and pointed out the best restaurants we ever visited, as well as things to do we might have missed. In short, it's gorgeous, cozy, friendly, and perfectly placed.
